Say whether you are on TestFlight or the App Store, and what you were doing (paste listing, share from Safari, camera, PDF, export). A screenshot helps.

New phone or reinstall. Your plan is tied to your Apple ID — install ViewAssist, tap Restore Purchases, then Import backup for your houses. If you never exported, the viewings are gone. Billing and cancellation are on the App Store Subscriptions page.

This is a one-person product. Replies may take a day or two.
